The Bow & Curtsy Aged Care Music Program was developed by Watling & Bates under the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS), mentored by Nortec Small Business Solutions in 2015. The programs adapts Watling & Bates' repertoire and delivery to optimise benefits for folks in aged care.
The program has a specific focus on history and memory, and aims to revive social memories of dances in old country halls.

Christmas at Sunhaven Hostel 2017
An implementation trial of our program was held over four centres during a six week period in 2015. The results of our findings were presented at the Art of Good Health & Wellbeing Conference at the Art Gallery of NSW in November 2015. From our home base in Unumgar NSW, the Bow & Curtsy program regularly services aged care facilities in outer regional to remote areas. Our Western Tours, based at Sunhaven Hostel at Ashford, allow us to service centres from Inverell in Qld to Barraba in NSW. Our North-West Tours, based in Dalby, allow us to reach centres in the Darling Downs. Further development of Southern Tours will extend our reach to the Upper Hunter region.
